We start by performing core-aeration. Core-aeration is basically poking a network of holes into the dirt across your lawn. A tool is inserted in the ground pulling out a plug of earth, and the removed plug is left on the lawn. This breaks up compacted ground and has numerous benefits for your turf growth.
These holes will later become fertile places for fresh grass seed to be spread. The existing grass will be encouraged to grow healthier because of the improved surface area and airflow. The core plugs of earth will also slowly dissolve back into the ground redistributing their nutrients over time.

Seeding Process

Resolve Trouble Spots

These trouble spots can come in the form of bare earth, or areas where invasive weeds have an established foothold. Using a pre-emergent is one of the best preventative tools there is to combat weeds. We limit the weed’s ability to regrow in your trouble spots by applying the pre-emergent early in the growing cycle. This still allows the grass to continue thriving.
